Is returning a error message "/sbin/udevadm test /dev/usb/lp0"
The error is ls /sys/dev/usb/ related ls: cannot access /sys/dev/usb/: No such file or directory USB is missing
I am not sure as to why but if /sys is like /proc then a kernel problem may be the problem.
It's under /sys/bus/usb The output of "udevadm info --export-db|less" should point you in the right direction. After setting up a new rules file "udevadm --reload-rules" should be run.
