[opensuse-factory] dbus and amarok

Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout expired, or the network connection was broken."
<unknown program name>(32410)/: KUniqueApplication: Pipe closed unexpectedly.
After fixing all of the permission problems for usb dev I am now getting the above error. Where does dbus get set to allow a what was working program to again work.
