You need a new mkinitrd package from the Base:System buildservice
repository as indicated in

Chances are that the package has been accepted to Factory meanwhile.
Reading further down in the mentioned bug (comment #39) you also want
to install kernel-firmware to ensure a complete set of ATI firmware
files (see also bnc#598624)

I encountered bug https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=596268
Its a mkinitrd issue as indicated by the logged bug.
You need a new mkinitrd package from the Base:System buildservice
repository as indicated in
