Hi,
The 2 blocker issues for M3 are fixed (thanks to Michael, Jeff and Richard) and so far it looks quite ok to release M3. I'm only doing my very first DVD installation with gcc 4.5 and I will need to do some more testing, but unless new stuff pops up I can't forsee atm we're back on track.
Greetings, Stephan
Hi Stefan!
Is it possible to safely run a "zypper dup" from M2, or it better to upgrade by the M3 DVD?
Thanks,
Marco
I don't see why not, that's what I plan on doing once the M3 repo is available. If you have the DVD, add it as a repo and make it the only active repo. Then issue zypper dup and then reboot to your new M3 system. -- Ken Schneider -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-factory+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-factory+help@opensuse.org
