Hi! This is bug 581515 https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=581515 and has been fixed in factory already. I think if you just go ahead with the installation and not worry about the warning it might work okay. It did for me, though mine was admittedly a much simpler partition setup.
