openSUSE 11.3".

 Hmm. A little bit impatient? Nokia released Qt.4.6.1 on Jan 19th, that's less 
than two weeks ago. It was submitted to o:F on Jan 23rd and accepted Jan 
29th. Now it's probably waiting for o:F to finish rebuild and get published.

 Not to mention, it's not such a big problem to e.g. run "osc meta pkg 
openSUSE:Factory libqt4", see that the devel project is KDE:Qt and get it 
from there.
