IIUC, FACTORY has a newer KDE than at least the KDE43 repo from
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/KDE:/43/openSUSE_Factory/
which I used before. So I simply disabled the special KDE repos and
everything upgraded fine for me.

Should i wait it until KDE reach KDE SC 4.4 RC2?

I don't think so.

Good luck,
