I suppose this will only move the devel project reference/pointer from
home:hennevogel:TODO to network, right? What if there's no net-snmp
package currently in the network project? Should we first move the current
package from home:hennevogel:TODO to network and just then request the
change of the devel project reference?

Anyway, I tried changedevelrequest and got this error:

$ osc changedevelrequest home:hennevogel:TODO net-snmp network
Server returned an error: HTTP Error 404: Not Found
Unknown source package net-snmp in project network
