Hallo,

I have no problem about M8 (except radeonhd issue[0]), works fine and
faster. But when i did "zypper dup" to RC1 i found some strange
rendering issue on KDE 4 desktop, seems to be slower, and higher CPU
load consume by Xorg and KWin (about 15% to30% on opening GIMP,
Desktop Effect, or watching movie on Kaffeine, and at worst it hangs
or sometimes it shutdown itself because of overheating when browsing
Facebook pages: fill comment, see events, etc on same time).

I tried changing the radeonhd driver to "X11:/Drivers:/Video"[1]
repository (like on M8), but no it still happened. Now, I'm using from
the repo-oss (provided by RC1), and here's the log:

Compositing type: OpenGL (Enable direct rendering, and VSync).

Is it (KWin) KDE or display driver issue? Because i did not find it
neither on M8 or openSUSE 11.1 (same driver[1] with all KDE 4
versions).

But sees like matches this bug[2].
