Has anyone else been seeing problems with some, but not all, flash applications? Specifically, the problem manifests itself for me as clicks not being registered by the applications. It's not universal, though.
Yes, I've been seeing this for a few weeks, too. As with you the Novell Innerweb toolbar works, but other applications there such as recordings of presentations or even YouTube cannot be controlled -- as with you it appears that clicks don't make it through. (Interestingly at the same time last.fm is controllable just fine.)
Disclaimer: I'm still downloading M8, so these are my results with releases up to M7.
Same with M7 and M8 for me. After playing around for quite a while today, here is what I found as an alternative: 1. Download the alpha version of the 64-bit flash player from http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer10.html 2. Untar the archive and cp -p libflashplayer.so /usr/lib64/browser-plugins/ 3. Remove /usr/lib/browser-plugins/libflashplayer.so 4. Also remove /usr/lib64/browser-plugins/npwrapper.libflashplayer.so* if you have any (that made a difference in my case). The disadvantage of this is that it has a tendency to crash Firefox (segmentation fault), dependent on the page containing flash. Pick your poison.
