Hello all

I have a  "No CD DVD writer found." after updating from M7 to M8

K3b did not find an optical writing device in your system. Thus, you will not 
be able to
burn CDs or DVDs. However, you can still use other K3b features such as audio 
track
extraction, audio transcoding or ISO9660 image creation.

# OS Information 
OS:  Linux 2.6.31-10-desktop i686
System:  openSUSE 11.2 Milestone 8 (i586)
KDE:  4.3.1 (KDE 4.3.1) "release 3"

Note: My CD / DVD drive worked OK on M7


Any help, work around or comments are appreciated
