Indeed and as there is no licence agreemen, there should also not be one with `zypper dup`.
This has been pointed out before. It's not needed for the DVD and, AFAIK, it isn't for the live CDs.
It is strange that if I install M6 and then do a new install of M7 I see no licence agrement. If I install M6 and then do a zypper dup, I DO get the licence agrement.
It's been this way since the change was made to be only informational on the DVDs. For some reason, the same change wasn't made when using zypper and, personally, my belief is that if it's informational for one method of installation, it should be for all the possible methods.
Looks like a bug to me.
I has been reported as such.
Wether it is a technical or 'social/political' bug is another question and I hope it is a technical one. Much easier to solve. ;-)
