[opensuse-factory] checkinstall fails on every source

Hey Group;
M7's checkinstall is not working. Every time I try it checkinstall fails on building the RPM.
checkinstall-1.6.1-105.2.i586. It fails to find a /usr/src/packages/BUILDROOT/(source-file-name)
