Could be caused by a missing polkit package. Try installing it.

I upgraded to latest (as per my sig) Milestone; installed polkit and
only through manual installation I added polkit-gnome and
polkit-gnome-lang, since attempting the install of these by zypper it
has not been possible.
The issue was still present until I read man PolicyKit.conf who gave the
trick...
So I edited my /etc/PolicyKit/PolicyKit.conf, adding this lines:
(indicated wit "+")

cat /etc/PolicyKit/PolicyKit.conf 

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <!-- -*- XML -*- -->

<!DOCTYPE pkconfig PUBLIC "-//freedesktop//DTD PolicyKit Configuration
1.0//EN"
"http://hal.freedesktop.org/releases/PolicyKit/1.0/config.dtd">

(+)<config version="0.1">

And now I can mount the ISO!

Apart the solution I found, I hope the final 11.2 will be free of these
kind of issues.
