Hi
I got a request (bnc#525570) to add VirtualBox Additions iso to our distro, but it is not OSI compatible, Could someone tell me, who is approved to decide whether or not to include package to non-free ? is it openSUSE board ?
No, the board explicitly doesn't do any technical decisions and this is one. But indeed, for nonfree software the limits are much higher - because the licenses are usually much uglier :) What I wonder: what is the advantage of having an .iso in the distribution that can be downloaded 1:1 from other sources?
