[opensuse-factory] openSUSE Firefox plugin finder service

Hi,
this is a follow up on earlier threads and
https://features.opensuse.org/306475
All bugs and features (that I know of) of the client implementation are
done now.
Also with the help from darix we basically almost have a server where we
could run the backend.
The crucial missing thing still is to get the data about available
plugins into the backend. The idea to get the information directly from
the repositories seems to be not possible w/o a concept how that could
be done. Would be nice to hear some statement from rpm/zypp/rpmmd people
here.

I'm also open for other ideas which don't require to INSERT INTO quite a
lot of data manually into the backend database.
