I'm getting old, but not that old ;-) Something has changed with the
"smart" text selection used in KDE, the difficulty will be
determining what?

From some struggling and hunting I find that *most* of the time
selecting alone with the left mouse-button does not enter the selection
to the clipboard, right mouse-button action is required. But this is
not *consistent* and quite disconcerting.

Another is the failure to lock the second item in zypper. It merely
repeats the first lock, and again, and ....

Considering bug reports against both.

Patrick,

Let's split the difference. You file the failure to lock the second
item in zypper, I'll file the smart text selection bugs. I'll post the bug
number after it's done for additional comments. (will be after lunch ;-)

Ok, the failure to paste first or last character of selection bug is
filed. Please add any additional comments you have to help describe the
situation to:

I have tried to describe it the best I can, but more input is always
helpful. Especially on a "happens sometimes" bug.
