Guess I missed the "2 rows" parameter, cause I had it working and then
it magically changed.... But now is fine.

Right click taskbar -> Taskbar Settings is not what you're looking for?
.. of course that requires some empty space in the taskbar, or some high
precision right-clicking between tasks.
