CTPP (or CT++) is a template engine (see HTML::Template, HTML::Template::JIT, 
Template Toolkit, etc) but is completely written in C++. It has bindings for 
Perl, PHP and Python languages.

I think, it's a good idea to add this library in openSUSE distribution.
