Pete,

        Here is another issue with 3.1 to look out for. For some strange reason 
if 
you open a Word97 doc, the "indents" are all gone and the text is aligned to 
the left side of the page. No matter if you reset the paragraph to "Default" 
formatting and then set the indents again using either the "increase indent" 
function or the indent/hanging indent makers in the ruler, the text remains 
fixed on the left margin. Tabs are the only thing that will move you to the 
right. (This stuff even worked in WP4 on DOS) Dunno what's up with ooo3 right 
now, but there is a bunch of stuff screwed up.
