Doing a quick test between KUbuntu 9.04, fresh installed, and openSUSE
11.1 with "LD_DEBUG=statistics /usr/bin/firefox" and summing all the
"total startup time in dynamic loader" entries openSUSE uses >40% more
clock cycles than KUbuntu. Not sure if that's the best metric, but...
