Hello,
http://www.linuxdevices.com/news/NS2362461324.html mentions that Moblin
is available for openSUSE. I found a repo for it, but is there any info
how to try it?

We're working on it (in Moblin:UI). People can try using packages from
there on 11.1 (no need to even try on factory, some important part of
the interface doesn't build at the moment).

But let's make it clear: right now, it's highly recommended to test this
on a computer where you don't care about your system. It's possible that
it will eat your openSUSE installation for various reasons -- one being
that this repository doesn't contain just the UI bits, but also changes
to the complete OS stack... We'll hopefully have the UI bits isolated
soon, which will remove the dangerous part of testing :-)

If some people are interested in helping, just ping me on IRC.

Ah, also, an alternative solution is to try the iso at:
http://forgeftp.novell.com/moblin/iso/
(make sure to read README.FIRST ;-))

Cheers,

Vincent
