Where is your open-vm-tools coming from? It seems to be linked against kernel 
2.6.27.13, which does not look like what should be on a 11.2 snapshot
(there is already 2.6.29 running).

Most likely you have an invalid source for open-vm-tools in your repo list. (I 
assume a 11.1 repo)
