When running " zypper dup" I'am getting the following conflicts. I
hope the missing I10n packages willl be provided with the next update.

But there is one strange thing. This is x86_64 system but it says two
times:" needed by OpenOffice_org-3.0.99.1-1.1.i586". Should I open a
bugreport for that ?

Ran into a similar problem, I would bet that you have both the
openSUSE STABLE and UNSTABLE repositories set. Remove/disable the
UNSTABLE channel and try again.

Nope! I have this problem on ALL boxen, which is a LOT of systems, and I
don't have "UNSTABLE" defined on any of them.

Do you still see the problem?

Yep.....ALL 11.1 systems.
I see the package at
http://download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/oss/suse/noarch/

OpenOffice_org-l10n-extras-3.0.99.1-1.1.noarch.rpm

The file date is 18-Mar-2009 => it is one day before the original
Markus Koßmann's mail. I wonder if there were some problems with mirrors?

Could be, but the problem is STILL there! The update version for all 6
packages is 3.0.1.*, but the extension files INSTALLED are 3.0.0.9* and
NO 3.0.1 are available from the openSUSE OO repository. This is as of
NOW.....I'm doing an update now.
