Mirrors on several continents already have them - ask the mirror
database.

You can check at http://download.opensuse.org/factory/iso/
but it's almost always much simpler to just run this command:
aria2c 
http://download.opensuse.org/factory/iso/openSUSE-Factory-NET-i586-Build0026-Media.iso
