Does libzypp bypass aria2c and use curl under certain circumstances when
refreshing repos? With the new libzypp when my packman repository is
refreshed (the first one to be refreshed) libzypp doesn't use aria2c
whilst "Retrieving repository 'Packman' metadata" which is quite a large
transfer but appears to use aria2c for the other repositories.
