I remember the days, when bugzilla did not exist, only the suse-beta-e,
which was the best mailing list I ever participated. Still, bugzilla
made it a lot more productive. So, even if bugzilla lacks nice interface
(which is not true any more), it is the only good bug tracker around.
And the only way to keep track the life (and  hopefully the death) of
bugs. So you better get used to it :-)
