Status of Factory publishing:

- stage.opensuse.org & mirrors are updated again
- http://download.opensuse.org/ gets updates in a rather atomic fashion
- http://download.opensuse.org/ keeps previous packages for some time
  (interim solution that doesn't do this in a well-defined way)

I'll be away for a few days; till then this should work.
