So, as you know by now, mirrors mirroring from stage.opensuse.org were
not being updated for ~10 days. People using download.opensuse.org
didn't notice of course.
The issue was that the internal sync from the build service to our
download (and stage) server didn't go to the place where I expected it
to go. I thought it went into the stage area from where it would feed
the mirrors that sync from there. Instead, it went to the download area.
(And that way, the publish script would have worked...)

And if you don't mind me asking... It has been several weeks since I've
had any factory updates. Where are you getting yours from?
Huh? download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/oss changed 3 times last week.
We're at build 51 at the moment.
Well, I mirror from stage.opensuse.org, and the last x86 factory update
seems to be from 27th January. A huge upgrade for PPC arrived today.

Peter, I called publish_factory. I hope I didn't broke something.
Unfortunately, that script was not meant to be used. As you noticed
