Thanks. I'm not good with google. I downloaded

to have a look at it.

I do, I found the very problem I'm complaining about. Look:

The "B" above are tokens for bold, "I" I guess means italics, and that is 
precisely what I do not want. It is not WYSIWYG. I want to see bold text 
displayed, not a token meaning "bold", wich I have to figure out what it 
means. With the above text my eyes blur and I see nothing.

This po process makes it actually more difficult to figure out how it will 
display and proof-read it - and forget about spellcheck. It adds a syntax 
on top of the normal po file, that kbabel doesn't know about.
