Has never been added to 11.0 and in traditional manner, features are not
added to any released product. But as you ask on Factory anyhow I assume
you wanted to know if it's in 11.1 or if it has to be raised again for
11.2, right?
It is in 11.1 and newer (i.e. factory right now).
