I had many troubles with commands in /usr/sbin, because users responses
- it wrote me command not found - even if I told they must use a root.
So c-n-f handler warns if command exists and is in /sbin /usr/sbin,
which solves those problems. At least this problem is real and exists.
Good point, this is something I also observed a lot!
