1. Cleaning of openSUSE Build Service

We have discussed several proposals how to clean up openSUSE Build
Service to make it easier to use for openSUSE users and contributors.
One of the ideas was to organize an OBS cleaning event aimed at
identifying high quality packages in home:* projects. We believe that
better place for such packages would be some general repository or
Contrib. It was suggested that OBS download statistics could be used
to identify the home:* projects that are downloaded most and thus
probably contain packages that are most useful to the community.

Concerning the cleaning event, it has been decided to wait until
Contrib has more packages and becomes more known to openSUSE
community.

Another idea was to identify duplicates in OBS and try to attract
their maintainers to work in cooperation to prevent duplicate work.

Pavol Rusnak has noted that when working on Contrib and looking at the
list of packages, it is hard to figure out which packages are
maintained by him. So the FATE#305625 has been filled.
