You should use the Smolt application on your computer to add your info... if you use 11.1, you're asked to click a button on a notification to do so upon first online update.
I have two systems, an i586 Intel and x86_64 AMD, both updated ~weekly from factory since about 10.1 (using smart). I have never seen a request to use smolt until this thread. They're both now on 11.2a0. So I try it, and on both machines get this: (x86-64: bunch of file traces, then) File "/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/urlgrabber/sslfactory.py", line 63, in create_opener return m2urllib2.build_opener(self.ssl_context, *handlers) File "/usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/M2Crypto/m2urllib2.py", line 112, in build_opener if inspect.isclass(check): NameError: global name 'inspect' is not defined or (i586: bunch of file traces, then) File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/urlgrabber/sslfactory.py", line 63, in create_opener return m2urllib2.build_opener(self.ssl_context, *handlers) File "/usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/M2Crypto/m2urllib2.py", line 112, in build_opener if inspect.isclass(check): NameError: global name 'inspect' is not defined Happens with both gui and shell. I've not had a chance to examine it further. Anybody have a quick clue what might be wrong?
