I don't object to that. Their rules :-)

What I meant is, that there has been some problem with communication, 
there has been complaints in public, and so, to mend things, there must be 
some kind of public reasurance.

Novell has failed here somewhat. If they want to keep things in private, 
they must have some clear to reach private communication channel that 
doesn't fail (humanly and technically).
