Does GDM support custom icons for users? This is probably not of the greatest importance but I would like to replace the default icon.
Of course it does. Just put an image as ~/.face (I think it will ignore it if it's too big). Upstream, we have gnome-about-me which enables you to do so. It seems we don't ship this.
