Is home-partition shown as encrypted at least in the list of all available 
partitions or is it just a matter of the checkbox & edit partition dialog?

In either case, please file a bug, but check duplicates beforehand, there were 
quite some issues around encrypted partitions 
(https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=435244 and all duplicates)

Where? Looking at the code, there isn't single button labelled as 'Quit' in 
expert partitioner, but maybe I'm just blind ...
