[opensuse-factory] How do I stop kleopatra from running at every login?

Listmates,
After configuring kmail, kleopatra now starts are every login. I've
check the
control center -> advanced tab startup, but it's not there. I looked through
"Configure kleopatra" but there is no option to tell it not to start on login.
Where do I look next? ~/.kde4/share/config?
