[opensuse-factory] plans for kernel 2.6.28

i there any plans for using kernel 2.6.28 in upcoming 11.1 release?
kernel is now in rc-4 state.
is my assumption right, that if kernel will release 2.6.28 final
before 11.1 release, it will be used?
