you can download
http://download.videolan.org/pub/videolan/vlc/SuSE/11.1/x86_64/libdvdcss-1.2.10-3.15.x86_64.rpm
and install it using rpm

rpm -hiv libdvdcss-1.2.10-3.15.x86_64.rpm
