Me too, and it allways worked from 10.0, after the wireless driver update from opensuse. It will be fixed, i am sure.
I'm not, because yast says when I select nw-way, that there are missing packages nm-applet (from gnome). Maybe im lucky becaus of the knetworkmanager from live cd.
can this anyone verify with another wlanchip that ifup doesn't works?
