[opensuse-factory] zypper dup keeps looping? (beta2 dup'ed to beta3 and also on beta3 new install)

Hi All,
I've just started testing the openSUSE 11.1 release & am having an issue
with zypper.
zypper up seems to be working correctly as I get an occasional update.
zypper dup on the other hand keeps giving me the same packages to update
(that are already installed) - 861 mb worth each time!
More info on my installed version:
Two weeks ago I had installed Beta2 and was getting this after doing a
zypper dup to Beta3.
To be sure I did a fresh install directly from factory
(download.opensuse.org/factory/repo/oss) and zypper dup is doing the
same thing.
Any idea if this is normal or there is something ' broken' in zypper?
