[opensuse-factory] nfs server fails to start

Does anyone else see this problem?
When I do a 'rcnfsserver start', it always fails with this error
message:
Starting kernel based NFS server: idmapd mountdstartproc: exit status
of parent of /usr/sbin/rpc.mountd: 1

When I run /usr/sbin/rpc.mountd with debugging on, I see this:
hal9001:~ # /usr/sbin/rpc.mountd -F --debug all
mountd: unable to register (mountd, 1, udp).

The service rpcbind is running.

Even the simplest of exports just does not work.

This happens on two different computers, both with Beta2 installed.
Either I am making the same mistake on both computers, or maybe this is
a bug?

Note that I have this problem only with the nfs kernel server, not with
the user space nfs server.
