AFAIK, the last action was:
- The spec file libebl.spec was renamed to elfutils.spec.
- The package elfutils.rpm still doesn't exist.
- The package libebl.rpm was renamed to libebl1.rpm.
- The package libasm1.rpm and libasm-devel.rpm were newly created
  (rather splitted from libebl.rpm).
