(It has been already commented in this thread several times) That you can burn it somewhere else and then install it. Many people install that way. Examples: - A private person gets it from a friend or an internet cafe or from the job place, then installs it at home. - A (relatively) high security job environment, where access to internet is blocked (even though they have network), but nevertheless they use and install linux.
