What's the benefit of an non-OSS add-on CD when having no or low bandwith internet?
The benefit is someone with a high-bandwidth connection can download and burn it and hand it together with the DVD to that guy with low bandwidth connection. Not sure what the legal implication os this is but it's quite standard practice for many people (or even download and burn it on e.g. university and go home and install the whole stuff on your low-bandwidth home computer).
