IMHO the best solution would be to ship all packages that allow
redistribution (1) without a note inside the general EULA (2) so that
the media could ship with a user friendly EULA.
I still think those speaking of "user unfriendly EULA" should be
ignored, keeping the DVD as it is. However, I would agree with the idea
of letting the users download the additional packages if a specific set
of links (1-click?) or a specific application to do that will be put
right on the desktop.
A sort of "Install restricted software and drivers" tool would probably
do the job.
