[opensuse-factory] Upcomming Factory Changes

Hi,
please note the upcomming changes in our factory distribution setup:
http://news.opensuse.org/2008/09/23/upcoming-factory-changes/
This means that we will juggle around the diretories on our ftp server
and switch also the signing key, since factory is built now in the external
Build Service.
