There are, those who have older and/or smaller machines. But with KDE 
4.1 this will change, as it is almost as good on resources as XFCE (KDE 
3.X was definitely more resource hungry, than XFCE). I use XFCE now, but 
will most likely return to KDE 4.1, as the 4.1.1 release is really nice 
and stable.

That uses icewm, as far as I can remember...
