 it certainly is NOT one right now

well the way it's going it'll not be ready till about 11.9

Errrrrrrrr  in case you had not noticed thi is Opensuse

If you want people to adopt KDE4.X then the only way it is going to happen on 
masse is to ensure that ALL the missing functionality IS THERE AND WORKING 
FULLY nothing less is either workable or aceptable  but a lot of you seem to 
have a problem with that idea the present KDE4.x is very poor to manage the 
control center SUCKS with too much hidden (this aint windbLoWs so stop trying 
to make it so)
